1. 这是什么
AssessRoute 提供澳洲技能评估流程的中文信息整理 (电子指南、清单模板、更新通知）。所有内容为一般信息, 不是移民建议、法律建议, 也不是对评估结果的保证。我们不是注册移民代理。
2. 购买与交付
指南为数字产品, 一次付费 A$59 (AUD, 含 GST)。付款后你会来到下载页, 直接下载指南 (网页版 + PDF)。无订阅、无续费。更新通知: 凭付款收据发邮件到 fairformco@gmail.com 即可加入通知名单, 购买后 12 个月内免费。
3. 退款
事实性错误承诺: 指南存在事实性错误, 我们先修正; 修正不了的, 全额退款, 退款在确认后 5 个工作日内发出。付款后买家在下载页直接下载指南 (网页版 + PDF)。
退款政策: No change-of-mind refunds. ACL guarantees apply. No change-of-mind refunds. ACL consumer guarantees apply.
澳大利亚消费者法 (Australian Consumer Law): 根据澳大利亚消费者法, 我们的商品和服务附带不可排除的保障。如果商品出现重大故障, 你有权获得更换或退款, 并有权就其他合理可预见的损失或损害获得赔偿。如果商品未能达到可接受的质量, 但不构成重大故障, 你有权获得维修或更换。Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
4. 更新
我们按公布的机制复核并更新指南 (季度复核、变更触发）, 并通过邮件通知购买者。但评估要求可能随时变化, 递交前请以评估机构官网的现行要求为准, 官网为准。
5. 责任边界
在法律允许的最大范围内, 我们不对因使用本指南信息而产生的签证、申请或财务结果承担责任。个案问题请咨询注册移民代理或律师。
6. 适用法律
本条款适用新南威尔士州 (澳大利亚） 法律。
